The Dates for the new Saison are out. We might still change the Venues around.
We did not jet get confirmations on all the Venues.
Hopefully we will be able to Confirm all the Venues within the next few Weeks.

The next Enduro to be held on the 23th of Febraury 2013 at Tony Rust Race track.
|
|
Entries open immediately and close on Thursday the 21th of February 2013 at 19h00.
Checking of licenses and general documentation will take place from 17h30 to 19h00 on Tursday the 21th of February at KTM.
Transponder tags will have to be presented at documentation, in order to register data for lapscoring.
Please be advised that NO FOOD OR DRINKS will be available at the venue.
The Price giving will be at SKW

NAMIBIAN ENDURO CLUB MEMBERSHIP & NMSF MEMBERSHIP
|
|
Everyone that wants to participate at the Race on the 16.02.2012 (Tony Rust). You have to be a member of an NMSF affiliated club before you can obtain an NMSF License. (Preferably Namibian Enduro Club).

ALL THE APPLICATIONS WILL HAVE TO BE AT ANNELISE MURCH BEFORE 8th of February 2012 at 17:00.

Please complete your license applications as follows:

- Sign Everywhere
- Add a copy of your ID
- Add a copy of your medical aid
- Add a 1x photo
- If you are under 18 you need an entrant. – Your mom or dad must be present
- If you transfer money into a bank account, add the deposit slip.
- Bring your cheque or money

2013 Licence Application Procedure (E-mail Option)

1. Download all the Documents
(2013 License Application.xls, 2013 NMSF Indemnity.pdf & 2013 Declaration of Fitness.pdf)
2. Complete all the relevant documents and signatures. Incomplete applications will not be processed!
3. The “2013 License Application” is in Excel format and MUST BE completed on the computer, before printed and undersigned. This is to ensure we have the correct information. Many times we cannot read the handwriting!
4. Scan copies of the following
ID Photo
ID Card
Medical Aid Card
Club Membership Payment Receipt
NMSF License Payment receipt
Proof of Payment to Namibian Enduro Club
5. All ID Photos MUST be saved in JPEG format, do NOT save your ID Photo in PDF!!!
6. All other scanned documents can be saved in “PDF” format.
7. All scans must be saved in YOUR NAME with document pre-text.
(Example: ID Copy will be saved as: Peter Smith_ID)
(Example: Medical Aid Card will be saved as: Peter Smith_Medical)
(Example: Club Membership receipt will be saved as: Peter Smith_Club)

9. Licenses are collected and registered during the week. Print runs for license cards will only be done on Fridays.
